If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD ($) and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through PayPal, and your order is confirmed once PayPal captures payment. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders process in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, for a total of 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the order delivered.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and direct exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Returns are by mail only using the free prepaid label we provide. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the full process and conditions.

7. Product Information & Availability

We work to describe our footwear accurately, including colors, materials, and sizing. Screens vary, so actual colors may differ slightly from what you see online. All items are subject to availability and may sell out; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
