Refunds are issued to your original PayPal balance or the card used at checkout. We start processing as soon as your return passes inspection, and we email you the moment the refund is on its way. The 3–5 business day posting window after that is set by your bank or PayPal, not by us.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable on standard returns and exchanges. The one exception is a defective item or a wrong item on our end — in that case the full amount, shipping included, comes back to you.
🌿 Defective or wrong item? We cover it fully — you'll receive a complete refund including the original shipping fee, or a free replacement.
